Diane Ritz
Diane is an FEI rider and trainer who has competed numerous horses through FEI and was successfully showing the Grand Prix stallion Trond until he had to be retired from competition in 2003. She is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze medalist. Diane coaches riders of all ages and levels from Training level to Grand Prix. She coached 2004’s 3rd and 4th level BLM winners as well as the 2006 2nd, 3rd, 4th level and Prix St. Georges HOY winners. Diane runs a very active program for junior and young riders as well. She coached Jami Edwards and Ryan Eskridge at the 2005 Jr. team competition at Devon as well as Bonnie Efird and Hannah Shook at the 2006 Jr. team competition for the NAJYRC. Ryan Eskridge was a member of the 2006 YR team where she finished 5th individually out of 45 riders. Holly Shook was not only the USDF individual gold winner; she also won the gold for the USEF top 12 in Pebble Beach. In 2007, Bonnie Efird won the individual gold at the Festival of Champions in Gladstone for the Jr. team. Ryan and Holly qualified to compete in the top 12 for Young Riders.
Diane runs a successful sales business where she imports top quality dressage horses for adult amateurs as well as professionals. Many of Diane’s horse and rider combinations have gained national ranking with the USDF as well as the FEI.
Lindsay Staiano
Lindsay has successfully competed and trained horses to International 3 day level in eventing and 4th level dressage. She trained at the Yorkshire Riding Center in England where she received British Horse Society qualifications. Having trained with some of the top international trainers and judges in both the U.S. and England, Lindsay possesses a great wealth of knowledge and skill that she is able to pass on to her students and horses to assist them in attaining their goals. Lindsay is an active coach and rider, working with all levels of riders, at both recognized and unrecognized events and combined tests.
In addition to coaching and training, Lindsay is currently competing her own horses: Top Gun, at Intermediate level and Triumph at Training level eventing.
